I am 57 Years old and have been training with Gill three times a week for the last year.
I met Gill when I changed from the gym that I had been going to for a number of years, and where I managed to train myself up from 12.5 stone, to very nearly 18 stone not the cleverest thing that I have ever done?.

"I selected Gill Thomas as my Personal Trainer approximately 3 years ago. To get me toned up and trim for my daughters wedding. I also had a back problem due to a car accident some years previously, which made doing simple household duties such as pushing a Hoover a real challenge.
